Tünkers modular semi-automatic sheet laminating machine is a quality laminator which is well maintained and in daily use since 1997. The semi-automatic laminator is used to laminate or glue cardboard, board or corrugated board (base material 220 g/m² bis 12 mm) with cover material 80g/m² bis 800 g/m².

Tünkers semi-automatic paper to board laminator performs cardboard and corrugated board laminating and gluing. The laminator’s maximum sheet or board processing size is 1100 mm x 1400 mm (43” x 55”) and minimum sheet or board processing size is 200 mm x 300 mm (7.8″ x 11.8″). The semi-automatic laminator is for sale immediately and available for inspection in production.

The semi-automatic laminator has a modular design. The Tunkers laminator has been upgraded – it is equipped with an automatic stacker as an extra. The main functionalities include:
- Cardboard and corrugated board gluing and laminating
- Laminator has an automatic base sheet feeder and automatic stacker, top sheet is fed manually
- Tünkers is equipped with suction-operated conveyance of the board and press belt
