Agnati C90 Single Facer transforms the paper into a series of connected flutes thanks to the corrugating rolls: large cylinders with a corrugated profile. We are offering single facer cartridges with B-flute rolls. The motorised carriage automatically aligns the correct splice head into position.
Single Facer Cartridges with B-flute rolls
Single Facer Cartridges with B-flute rolls allow the production of B-flute corrugated board. Flutes are reinforcements that make up the board; they run parallel to the depth of the cardboard container. Flutes provide stacking strength and insulation that protects products inside the corrugated box. The B-flute is large flute profile, which provides greater strength for the corrugated board. Boxes made of B-flute board are durable and provide cushioning for the contents.
